The show

One performance, every single day

  • The face of a flamenco dancer appearing above a red fan, with a red rose beside her hair

    Flamenco · every day

    Íntima Triana

The soul of a Tablao, the closeness of a Peña, the charm of a Theatre.

Every afternoon, three artists — song, guitar and dance — share one stage. Nothing is choreographed. No two afternoons are the same.

Twenty-eight seats inside Triana Market, with the front row one metre from the stage. Flamenco in the neighbourhood where it was born, close enough that the voice, the guitar and the footwork reach you unfiltered.

About us

The theatre inside Triana Market

Beside the Isabel II bridge, above the remains of the Castle of San Jorge, inside Triana Market, among the food stalls, there is a small theatre — because culture is food for the soul too.

Since 2012, all kinds of artists have crossed this stage: Antonio Dechent with Cocteau’s The Human Voice, the Flamenco Biennial, film seasons from the FCAT, and Teatro con Orgullo from 2017 to 2019.

We are also the home of workshops, classes and Memorias de Triana, where we gather our neighbours’ spoken memories. We are part of the life of this neighbourhood, where the everyday and the cultural live side by side.

Calle San Jorge 6, Triana Market

The way in is the street door at Calle San Jorge 6, beside the Isabel II bridge. We are stalls 11 and 12, inside the market. Ten minutes on foot from the city centre, and there is parking underneath.

Please arrive on time: no one can come in once the show has started. The only way into the room crosses the stage.
